Please check the full delivery route before ordering, including doorways, lifts, corridors, staircases and turning spaces.
If the delivery location is on the ground floor or first floor and you are present to receive the order, the courier may move the packages to your designated delivery point where safe and practical. Sufficient access space must be available, particularly around staircases, doorways and narrow corridors.
For large reception desks and other oversized furniture, please confirm that the packaged dimensions can pass through the planned delivery route before placing your order.

Some postal codes and territories in France and the United Kingdom are outside our standard delivery network or require a bespoke quotation. Please review the full Shipping Policy or contact our support team before ordering if your address is in a remote, island or restricted area.
Customs, VAT & Shipping Fees
VAT, import duties and applicable customs charges are included in the product price for orders shipped from China to the EU and UK. Shipping fees are calculated separately based on destination and shipment weight and are displayed at checkout.
Eligible products are covered by a one-year warranty for qualifying manufacturing or material defects.
The warranty provides support for qualifying defects during the applicable coverage period.
